Why sales are final once accessed
Our products are instant-access digital goods: the moment you check out, you can download the files and open the gated content. Because the value is delivered immediately, we cannot take it back once it has been accessed or downloaded.
This is not a blanket "no refunds" rule. It does not override situations where the product was not delivered, was materially misrepresented, or where the law otherwise requires a refund.
Your statutory rights (EU, UK, and elsewhere)
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another place with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right normally lasts 14 days. For instant digital products, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Where you have given that consent and access has begun, the withdrawal right no longer applies. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
The merchant of record
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes refunds and chargebacks and may apply its own refund window and buyer protections under its policies, separate from this page.

A refund covers the product, not a business result. Our products are educational. We do not guarantee a sale, a price, or any outcome, so refund eligibility is never tied to how your channel performs or sells. See our full Disclaimer.
Something wrong? Email us first
If a download fails, you were charged twice, the product was not delivered, or something was misrepresented, email us at [email protected] before anything else, including before a chargeback. Most problems are quick to fix, and we will make it right where the situation calls for it or the law requires it.
